There is no off-season! Year-round continuous training is recommended for the serious ball player, especially for single-sport baseball players.
Multi-Sport HS Athletes should maintain their baseball skills throughout football and basketball seasons - it just takes a 1-hour session bi-weekly with Coach Gil.
